Role overview

If you’re an ambitious setter, this is your chance to work on the offer with:

- Targeted, inbound high-intent leads (no cold outreach / cold calling)

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the bridge between our marketing funnel and our closers — engaging warm, inbound leads, re-qualifying them, and booking high-quality calls into the closer's calendar. You’ll master persuasive communication, use advanced sales psychology, and directly impact both company revenue and your own commissions.

You’ll work closely with our founders and closer, using proven scripts, clear Qualified Lead & ICP definitions and a clean CRM system to manage leads from paid ads and YouTube organic content.

• Clear, performance-based comp, OTE: $3,500 - $7,000 (depending on PT/FT) + big additional commission for downselling our $247 package to DQ leads. Additional bonuses for high performance and no income ceiling.

What you will do

Lead Engagement

Reach out to inbound warm leads from our funnels (YouTube ads, YT organic) via WhatsApp / SMS and phone calls soon after leads opt-in

Qualification & Discovery

Use structured questions and clear ICP criteria to qualify leads based on motivation, background, budget, and readiness — so closers only speak to serious prospects and have better close rate, impacting your commissions as well.

Call Booking

Book high-quality sales calls into the closer’s calendar, ensuring each call meets pre-defined SQL/qualification standards and is properly pre-framed.

Follow up with no-shows and “not now” leads using scripts and sequences to maximize show-up rate and keep the pipeline warm.

CRM Hygiene + systems

Making sure all follow ups are planned in CRM, notes about prospects are taken, and there is no chaos in the CRM system (we use GHL)

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re the kind of person who actually likes structured communication and clear targets.

You enjoy messaging, calling, and voice-noting people — and getting better every single day. You want a role where your income is tied to performance, so you have no ceiling, but you don’t want to be thrown into chaos with no scripts, no ICP, weak lead flow, weak closers and no systems.

You are not bored, but rather obsessed over making repetitive processes more efficient, resilient to rejections, coachable, you think like an entrepreneur and you are taking ownership over incoming leads and managing them. Autonomy and ownership are important pieces of our company culture.

You’re a Perfect Fit If…

✅ Your English is fluent — both written and spoken, with a clear and confident tone and accent.

✅ You’re available 4–6 hours per day, 5–6 days/week, with overlap to UK/EST time zones.

✅ You’ve done some form of sales or outreach in online high ticket offers (SDR, appointment setter, closer, etc.) and you understand sales psychology and objection handling

✅ You like working with clear goals, scripts, SOPs, checklists, KPIs, and you’re not afraid to update a CRM or spreadsheet.

✅ You're extremely hungry, ready to work hard, take ownership and improve every day.

✅ You see feedback, call reviews, and coaching as the fastest way to increase your earnings, not as criticism.

You Should Not Apply If...

You need constant supervision to stay productive or easily lose focus working remotely.
You have less than 6 months of experience in sales or customer facing roles.
You dislike repetitive communication (texting, calling, voice-noting) and prefer purely “creative” work.
You’re not comfortable working with daily/weekly KPIs and being judged on results.
You refuse to update CRMs, follow SOPs, or document your work.
You’re only looking for a short-term gig and have no intention of growing in the company.
You get defensive when receiving feedback or don’t want your calls/messages to be reviewed.
