
✅ You’ve personally closed at least $200k+ in cash collected in previous roles and know your own numbers (close rate, show rate, monthly revenue).
✅ You’re comfortable going from half calendar (during onboarding period) to taking 5–8 warm calls per day and operating in a high-volume, high-intent environment.
✅ You’re fluent in English with a clear, confident accent and strong communication skills.
✅ You’re confident talking about money, debt, and risk directly — and you don’t project your own money fears onto prospects.
✅ You can apply firm, ethical pressure: you’re able to challenge people when they’re self-sabotaging, while staying honest and respectful, helping them to get out of the comfort zone to make their life better.
✅ You’re disciplined: you keep your calendar, pipeline, and follow-ups tight, and you’re happy to do basic CRM updates if it means more closed deals.
