By accessing or using the Website, purchasing our programs, or participating in our community, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Website or services.
1. Our Programs and Services
The Charter Mastery Program is a customized and modular service, designed to adapt to each client’s individual career goals and background.
The specific content, scope, and level of support included in your program depend on the package selected during your consultation and enrollment process.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that your program is tailored to your personal objectives and that inclusions may differ from those of other clients.
Each program may include different features, materials, and levels of support.
Payment options:
• full one-time payment;
• installment plans of up to 24 months, provided via third-party payment processors.
2. Changes to Terms
Charter Mastery reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest changes.
3. Eligibility
The Site and our services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.
Minors are not permitted to use or register for the Site.
4. Intellectual Property Rights

9. Payments and Refunds
1. Completion of the Program
1.1. The Student must complete 100% of the video lessons and all learning materials within the CM ecosystem.
1.2. The Student must not have any unexplained gaps of more than 14 consecutive days in responding to mentor communication.
2. Mentor Interaction Requirements
2.1. The Student must attend all scheduled calls with mentors.
2.2. The Student must complete 100% of all assigned homework.
2.3. If any submitted work does not meet CM’s quality standards, the Student must complete revisions as instructed by the mentor.
3. Adherence to CM Guidance
3.1. The Student must follow CM’s strategic recommendations.
3.2. Failure to follow recommended directions (e.g., pursuing only IB roles when CM advises Corporate Finance) will void the guarantee.
4. Mandatory Professional Outreach
4.1. After completing Phase 1 and entering Phase 2, the Student must send a minimum of 20 professional outreach messages per month (via LinkedIn or email), using CM’s guidance.
4.2. At the stage of submitting job applications, the Student must send a minimum of 20 professional outreach messages per month (via LinkedIn or email), using CM’s guidance.
4.3. Outreach must target analysts, associates, hiring managers, or recruiters.
4.4. Outreach must meet CM’s quality standards and must not constitute spam.
4.5. Proof of outreach (screenshots or tracker entries) must be provided.
4.6. Each outreach message must include at least one follow-up message.
4.7. Follow-ups must also be documented through the tracker or screenshots.
5. Interview Requirements
5.1. The Student must attend every interview obtained, whether warm, cold, recruiter-screened, referral-based, or internal.
5.2. The Student must complete a minimum of two mock interviews with banker mentors or CM coaches.
6. Integrity and Honest Reporting
6.1. The Student must provide accurate, truthful information regarding their work and progress.
6.2. The Student is strictly prohibited from:
fabricating applications,
falsifying communication or outreach,
inflating numbers artificially,
misrepresenting progress,
claiming work or deliverables they did not create.
Any breach of integrity voids the guarantee immediately.
7. Guarantee Time Requirements
7.1. Flagship Program: The Student must meet all conditions for 6 consecutive months.
7.2. VIP Program: The Student must meet all conditions for 9 consecutive months.
8. Allowable Pauses
8.1. Pauses are permitted only for:
verified medical reasons,
relocation,
serious unavoidable life events.
8.2. All pause requests must be submitted to CM and approved in advance.
8.3. The guarantee period does not reset unless CM explicitly approves a reset.
Installment plans are provided through independent financial services — Charter Mastery is not responsible for decisions or conditions set by such providers.
Charter Mastery (H. Zamir Limited) guarantees the provision of all materials required for the course to ensure the successful employment of students. If a student is unable to find a job during the course, we guarantee a refund or free ongoing support, but only if the client fulfills all the mandatory conditions of participation (100% completion of the program, completion of homework assignments, active participation and attendance at all meetings with the mentor).
However, the amount of income is not guaranteed, as it depends on the client's initial data and market factors.
Our job guarantee options.
• Option 1 — Continued support. The company continues to provide coaching, guidance, and support at no additional cost until the participant receives a relevant job offer.
• Option 2 — Refund. The participant receives a full refund of the program fees, provided that all mandatory program requirements have been met.
10. Service Modifications and Interruptions
Charter Mastery may temporarily suspend or modify the Site without prior notice.
We are not liable for any losses resulting from temporary unavailability or technical issues.
11. Limitation of Liability
Charter Mastery, its employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
• loss of profit, data, or reputation;
• inability to use the Site;
• system errors or interruptions.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising from or relating to the use of the Site or Charter Mastery services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
The parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiations for at least 60 days before initiating legal action.
Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with the courts of England and Wales.
13. Electronic Communications and Signatures
By using the Site, you consent to receive notices, agreements, and legal documents electronically.
Electronic communications and signatures are deemed legally binding and equivalent to written documents.
14. Miscellaneous
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Charter Mastery.
• If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
• Charter Mastery may assign its rights and obligations to third parties without prior notice.
• Use of the Site does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between you and Charter Mastery.
